My hatha/vinyasa style sequences are developed using cues from the ever-shifting cosmos above. The sun and moon inform our asanas in each practice so we can best take advantage of the energy being offered daily/monthly.

Yoga is not just about striking a strong pose, the goal is mind-body-spirit unity. Working with me you will learn to come into your postures with a full body awareness, and build knowledge around when to engage and where to release, so you can deepen awareness and connection to self. This mindful movement also works on developing the relationship with our breath patterns so we can learn where our boundaries are, when to push them and when to yield. I will also offer opportunities for setting intention and reflection so you can assess where you are and where you’re going.

These practices are designed for all levels. Beginners will learn the poses and foundations, while more advanced yogis will have plenty of opportunity to challenge themselves and add depth to their movements.
