In-person classes
Join us on Monday evenings 6:30-7:30pm at 3851 W. Fullerton (Agitator Gallery).
This weekly hatha/vinyasa practice will vary in intensity each session, though will always be accessible to all levels.
Please bring your own mat. Cost is donation based.

1-on-1 Stretching
Feeling chronic tension/tightness in shoulders, back or hips? Maybe you’re an athlete or training to run a marathon and need a little help with recovery.
These 1-on-1 session are designed to identify areas where your muscles will benefit from stretching, and give you a more well-rounded stretch than you would get on your own. I will assist you in holding the stretch and will guide you through a process known as PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching for a 60 minute session.
Private/Group Classes
Want a yoga class in your own home, condo, or office building? Maybe you want a guided stretch session for your running club or sports team? I come to you for yoga classes or guided stretching classes. Options include Hatha/Vinyasa yoga, therapeutic yoga for trauma recovery and group stretching.
