We continue Cancer season and our work nurturing the self. Now is a time for fresh energy, the crescent moon encourages us to ground our roots deeply and use this pull to bring those nutrients up and within. This will be further supported by our moons position in Virgo. This will be a moderate practice with opportunities to find flow and grounding down.
