This will be our first practice in Leo season this year which brings a bright, playful attitude to our practice. We will harness this energy and stoke our inner fires- alighting our creative side. In this time of our disseminating moon (between full and 3rd quarter) in Aries we will also hold the space to give our selves grace.

This practice is always all levels and donation based (non monetary donations are also accepted).
