A new moon is on it’s way, a time to surrender and recharge. This gentle practice serves as a reward for the hard work we have done this summer. Working with our Virgo sun and a Cancer moon we will bring our awareness inward and take time to nurture the self.

This practice is always all levels and donation based (non monetary donations are also accepted).
